Ehh that is the ones I used, I kept getting errors when I tried to combine them (few beeps and error messages). Isn't there simply just 1 file you can get that has it all?

UGG I am constantly getting the same error with world.exe and zone.exe, even with useing the standard db.sql that comes with the emulator. It still can't load the items in the database, which leaves my server with no mobs, and no items in the database.

I have followed these tutorials scattered all throughout the site, still getting this problem.

EDIT

Ok I think i found what the problem was. I had been useing the source from d:\eqemu\filename.sql

So I took the files and copied them to c:\mysql\bin. Doing this I did did the mysql stuff and they all went in just fine. I booted world.exe up and there was no database errors.

No. your problem is that you are sourcing db.sql

you do NOT source this with the newest databases.

My last attempt I just sourced the files it told me to source, not db.sql. I can boot my server up fine now. It has all the items in the database, and no mobs spawned (which is actually what i wanted). Just all the other problems I got now, which are in my last post in win32help :/

Well if it has no mobs, you did it wrong. So you should probably go back to square one bud,.

Idon't see what I did wrong, I followed the instructions just as they said.

Did I maybe not uninstall the defective database correctly? I shut down mysql and deleted the EQ directory then started it back up. At that point I remake the eq database through mysql, etc etc.
