looking for Windoze accelerated OpenGL Cygwin-gcc libraries

The libopengl32 can be built from the accelerated dll of windoze.
Does anyone have a version available ?

my specs :
Celeron 2.4Ghz (i686 ?)
gcc 3.3.3-2
OpenGL 1.1 elf libraries
Cygwin up to date
