Default Anyone mind helping me keep getting this error.

When I type in my screen name and my password, it keeps telling me.... "A Timeout Occured" Or something like that plz help

Blah... nm I just read this from another Post *cry*


people that are new to eqemu are screwed, if you have patched to live you can not play emu, they have not cought emu up with the latest of Live's patches.

yes you can still play, but you must play from the EQEmu servers, you need to play from a different server that supports it.. I patched and I play on Winter's Roar.. but I think thats teh only one I can...

we need a few details... When was the last time you patched..?
If you patched within the last two months your SOL tell the next version comes out.

Now if you have the right files and your just getting a connection error make sure your EQhost.txt has the right login info

eqlogin1.eqemulator.net.

thats is the only that should be in your EQhost file.

and no if you delete the folder and reinstall eq it will not work, those files are to old.

I did patch about 2 weeks ago so how long till next patch comes out...
