Cofruben's Patcher(client-server) 1.1

Yay another version of the patcher,you will need to download both.And remember,I am NOT responsable on what u do with it.

Features:
-New client UI,for windows.It is very easiest now.
-Client has been rewritten.
-Some server code has been rewritten too.
-Server messages are more organized.
-Max number of files has been raised from 15 to 50.

Fixes:
-CPU usage bug has been fixed.Server was using around 90% of PC resources,now it will use around 1%.
-Some other minor fixes.

Please,tell me any bug,I haven't tested it so much.Have fun!.Ask any question here.

Is it possible that you could make it so that with a certain parameter or line in settings.txt it will auto-start downloading when opened?
