Zone Loading Problem

Ok, i have a problem with my server loading into zones.
When i first select my character, any character, it will not let me into the zone and sits at the loading zone, then the screen for eq goes black. world.exe says

Whats wrong?

Could it be the compile of world and zone i'm using?
