I'm working on implementing this as well on my server, however I want specific skills added for specific Race/Class combinations. (Such as giving Vah Shir Beastlords access to Tiger Claw)
I've found the code section mentioned earlier (

https://github.com/EQEmu/Server/blob...ient.cpp#L1819) for class and race starting skills.
It looks like it's pretty straight forward to add the skill. A check for race in the class handler, or class in the race handler, would add the skill. The problem is the skill cap. I'm not sure how to modify the skill cap for Tiger Claw without modifying the cap for all Beastlords. Any ideas?
