Have a look at the timestamps on the files in each folder and use the most recent.

Yea, just look for the ones with the newest timestamps.. I've been planning on cleaning that extra directory out, it was a typo in one of my import scripts a few months ago that caused it, just havent gotten around to it...

Draks, there is no "link" for downloading the current eqemu that works with a client you are likely to have.

You must use CVS, and you must compile it. Until a new one is released, you must do those two things. When it is released, there will be a link. It's in progress. Just wait.
