Procs - Level Limit

I would use '>=' for the level comparision..otherwise, that should be ok.


But, if there an underlying problem (my misunderstanding?) of procs being added when they shouldn't be..that should still be addressed.

Bah, that is probably going to strip out players being able to proc. Redoing it.

Nope, pet no longer gets the message, players are procing. I still want you guys to look over that small change.

That shouldn't affect players.

Class Client inherits directly from Mob and that function is not called.
