Default Help

Ok, I followed the guide to the letter, got it all set up, kept getting 1017, searched through the forums, changed all my IP's to localhost, and it let me log in, now can someone tell me how to make it so all players are GM's, or so I can be a GM and make other people GM's without making everyone GM's, and, if it's not too much trouble, how to edit items? Thanks in advance for any advice!

Ok, new problem. I've searched through the forums and I can't find anything on this. I'm using Magoo's Item Editor, and I can load the items, and edit them, however, when I try to save, it deletes all the changes I've made...Help....

Checking defaultstatus in .. something.ini .., db.ini I think - Make sure addon.ini is set to how you want...
