Default Buff Duration - What am I Doing Wrong?

Ok, let me just cut to the chase here...

I absolutely cannot figure out how to set buff duration with any amount of precision or accuracy. Everything I try is either 5 seconds or 2 minutes or some super short amount of time, even though I am entering a large number like 7200 in the buffduration field.

From reading the tooltips in the EOC 2.0 editor, it seems that BuffDurationFormula is somehow tied to effect_base_value, but I have always used effect_base_value as the value for the actual spell effect itself -- not the duration. I have tried multiple dropdown settings for buffdurationformula, but I am just not understanding how this all ties together - even after reading the wiki for spells_new

Someone please bonk me on the head and clear this up for me

Seems that the proper buffdurationformula setting is 11 just to have it read straight from the BuffDuration field without doing a crazy formula calculation. Just weird that wasn't an option in EOC! Got it now I think, though.
