Account from 2013 with old email

I have an account that I used to play that was created in 2013, but used to play on P99 in 2017-2018, but I can't figure out my password.

Problem is, the email address for the account is from an ISP that has long be bought out, so the email is not accessible to reset the password.

Is there any way to get the email changed on that forum account so that I can reset my password, and then reset my login server password?

I am able to provide details of the account to prove it is mine.
