Default Dissaperaing NPCs

I've finally managed to get my zone servers compiled and running on my linux box, but now have 1 more problem...
When engaging in combat, the opponent becomes invisible when they get close to me.
Has anybody had this prob in the past and is there a known way of fixing it???

Thanx

It is DB. But they don't disapear. Try fighting something again and look WAY UP. You'll see your mob.

It never happened using the same DB on my old windows server, could it be a probem that crept in compiling under redhat 9?

I'll try uploading a different db and see what happens.

(ps dev gus. Do you think it would be worth reapplying for a trial as a geen server now I'm running on much more powerfull hardware. 150Mb/s connection with 2 2Gb Linux boxes)
