Pet Pulling

Does sending a pet that is green to a camp of mobs work to pull (1) mob out lie it does on live?

It's been forever since I did this anywhere. Trying on my eqemu server using a level 1 pet vs level 7 mobs.

The whole camp seems to come every time.
