Default Level 71+ spells missing from vendors

I'm fairly certain this will be an easy fix, that I'm missing some basic step that I've over looked, but I'm not the best at this.
My friend just started a new server running RoF and the spell vendors in PoK are missing all spells past level 70. Where can I find the updated spell file or is there something amiss that I'm unaware of? (Asking on her behalf, and can send her this way if the solution isn't copy/paste ish.

Pretty sure PEQ hasn't added 70+ spells because, well, they're not that far yet.

gotta do them manually.

So, every server with a level cap above 70 is using individually customized spells?

Spell data and spell availability are not the same.


I think our spell data goes up through RoF2 now..

..but, content does not have all player usable spells available for purchase.

If one was to login to game with gm account, (look at lucy spell list 70+) and then ingame, type, for example, #findspell Gallantry (or #finditem spell: gallantry) ........

I can confirm they do exist in database up to level 90. I didn't find anything past that. It' just a matter of
using a merchant editor to the add the items.

I was able to pull some spells, they did exist. Unfortunately, for example, Ranger 71 "Drifting Fog". The spell exists, it can even be summoned. But, the spell description reads as the dragon reverse gravity spell, the spell data in EOC reads a movement speed decrease as a beneficial effect, and the spell can only be used by a lvl 255 anybody, despite the data claiming it's set as 71 ranger useable.

You will have to make the merchants inventory I guess. He doesn't have anything in the POK DB currently. If your spells file is messed up, that's you problem :P

Either client spells file issues or server has old spell entries.

There isn't a great solution to this. It requires alot of manual work to get spell files + data in order. Basically the PEQ db places spell data there but you'll have to manually add things like Pet NPCs, and a link from the spell to the Pet NPC Id from level 70-105. It's a gigantic pain. In georgeTools you can Import a Spells_US.txt to your db if you have a clean one.. I have yet to find one. Also with tools you can EXPORT the current Spells_US.TXT so your client spell data will match that of the DB you're running. There's a script file you can find links to on the wiki.

Yes, it does. As they say, with the progress of the PEQ DB, "currently up to GoD". (with a few glitches), haha
Adding 70+ pets is tedious, but something I did was just stand there with my GM toon and #spawn every one
one of them. Well up to 85 anyway. For example, Mage pets SumWaterR17 up to SumWaterR19, skel_pet_72,
(and 75, 77, 82, 85). It's actually fun if you enjoy what your doing.
