How to increase the data from original db.sql eqEmu 5.2 ?

Wheni use the server with db.sql i can connect in a world without any npc nor items (my character are without swords ...etc).

I find the way to dumpeditems.sql on sourceforgenet and i tried to take it in my eq data base (which is in mysql/data). Don't seems to do something.

I also tried to take on the forum some DB but after that was unable to connect to any zone. so now i guess i must add this new db content on the original db.sql from eqEmu 5.2 but not sure.

So guys how did you take items and NPc on your world by using sql ?
