Default Faction Tool Request / Idea

First off thank you so much for the tools GeorgeS they are absolutely fabulous.
Not only do they simplify the process but they bring all the different editing features together in one place.

I’d like to understand factions some more who likes who – who hates who etc.
and to be able to manipulate groups of mobs in a zone to change their factions to cause conflict etc.
Such as spawn a raiding party of Gnolls outside Qeynos that due to the faction would attack the guards.

Or it might be that the raiding party is just after the merchants of qeynos and not KOS to the guards, but soon as they kill the first merchant they become KOS to the guards and all hell breaks loose.

I really like the idea of creating a dynamic npc conflict based on faction because its potentially different every time and players can help swing the balance.

I think a tool for manipulating Factions – faction groups could be useful especially the ability to create faction or opposing factions or faction alliances.
