Default OpenZone 4.9

Just a couple of changes, but one is a biggie:

1. Fixed the bug that prevented moving mesh objects around with the mouse.

2. Added online help and help buttons to the major popup windows.

Okay, say it with me now: Online help is my friend. Online help is my friend. Say it loud. I'm sure it can use improvement, but all of the major topics are coverered and it should help. Suggestions are always welcome, and feedback is appreciated.

I have some problems with waters WC.
For one my zone, there is a water canalisation system, i made square and rectangle water, in the canalisation, but it appear to me OZ can only do rectangle. Its the first time i try to do it with water, but i remember a weeks ago when i was making test for a "lava zone" that all were working perfectly, lava wasnt overlapping, and it was possible to do rectangular lava.

Water overlapping

Water not in canalisation (transformed my rectangular water to square)

I think something is wrong in water 3DS importation, if you pop on IRC, i will send you the 3DS zone.

Another strange thing on the send i sended you WC, go look at loc -80, -8, 0, in the water canalisation, you will see some poly missing.
Its really strange, because under 3DSMax, Maya, OpenZone, all is ok, but when zone is compiled, those poly are missing ...

Might I say KhaN, that zone looks astonishing.
