Default 5.9dr2 ( 10/10 sources) Items / Inventory issues

Hello,

server: 0.5.9dr2 (10/10 sources)
db: 0.5.9 compatible

For some reasons I've got an issue with some players (not all of them it seems) who loose the items they've just looted after zoning / camping / LD'ing.

I've made some tests and I've noticed this:
-- When someone loots an item and equip it, it's not immediatly writen in the DB. Example: I kill a mob, I loot a BP and I equip it. I check in the DB and I don't notice that the item is in my inventory (in the inventory table). If I zone, I loose it.
There is no error message in the zone.exe output. It's only after the unequiping/equiping and #save trick that the item appears in the DB.
Once I see the item in the DB, the player can zone, camp, ld etc... he won't loose the item. But, if he unequip it, he has a chance to loose it again.
Looks like there is a lag between the item being looted/equiped and the moment where it's in the DB.

I have also tried to export my inventory table. Then, after deleting it, i source the exported .sql file and I've got some duplicating error messages. (can't remember the exact error message tho)

Any idea?
