Default Cofruben's Patcher 1.4
Hello all,I thought the look of the program was sick...so re-designed it,and fixed some bugs:

1.4:
-You are available to change the background for the program (background.bmp).Be careful with dialog controls and it's colors!.
-Remade some of the network system to make it efficient.
-Fixed a few bugs.
