Mouse question

I seem to be having a problem were, when I log in and use mouse look, moving my mouse across the horizontal axis is slower then when I move my mouse across the vertical axis (even though I'm using the same given force on the mouse across both axis's).

Any one know what may cause this?

i could be wrong here but isn't it because there is a lot more to load graphically when spanning horizontally but if you look up or down its just ground and sky...
