Command Logging / Encounter Logs

Hello, not sure if this is the right fourm for this but here's my questions..

I'm hopefully looking for 2/2 things.
First.. Similar to what P99 uses, I was wondering if anyone had an encounter log viewer.. It would be used for FTE's and DMG parses if applicable. Preferably one that can read my qs_player_kill ( sp?) Table in my peq database and show it in a organised and somewhat detailed fashion on ether an .exe a .php off of a webpage ( i have a domain I can attatch it to ) or somewhere in EoC.akkadidius.. I'm running the PeQ repack from him as well.

Secondly.. Somehow to log when ever someone uses a #command besides a certain status.. Can be in db or on HDD of server.. Idc..
