Question Instruction at Referenced Memory Could Not Be Read

I am curious why I get Instruction at Referenced Memory Could Not Be Read errors. They never happen after a fresh PC restart, but if I leave my PC on for a few hours, I can no longer load up an EQ client anymore.

It seems to be something that only happens over time. I have a really high end PC, so it's more than capable of handling EQ.

Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit
Samsung 970 EVO M2 PCIe Gen3 X4 NVMe 1.3 V-NAND 3-BIT MLC 500GB SSD
EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 SC GAMING ACX 3.0 Black Edition, 08G-P4-5173-KR, 8GB GDDR5, LED, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC)
CORSAIR Vengeance LPX 64GB (4 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000) Desktop Memory Model CMK64GX4M4C3000C15

Any ideas what could be causing this? It only happens with EQ, nothing else.
**NOTE** I run my server on the same computer I run the client.
