Default How do i run my own LOCAL (not online) server for EQemu?

I have not noticed any previous posts about this topic so i figured i'd start one, if there has already been a post to make your own (NOT ONLINE) server for EQmeu, please leave a link and no stupid comment such as "you should have searched first" because i did, and didnt find a thing.

Was wondering if its as easy as changing the host IP to LocalHost, or what there is to it. Let me know please.

Basicly how do i create my own offline server and connect to it with full admin so i can fool around in that server.

Thanks for reading...
