Default Mercs....
We're trying to make custom mercs on our server, I've been successful at it before, but now I'm running into a snag with it... I followed the guide here; http://www.eqemulator.org/forums/showthread.php?t=37951

and it still comes up with 'You do not meet the requirements to purchase any mercenaries.'

When I sourced in the Merc_Table I can buy mercs from all of the Liaison's in PoK with no issue, but trying to make my own, it just seems to fail. I'm not sure why... Any ideas?
