I use #npcspawn create/add quite a bit when I'm building content and it has always bugged me that #npcspawn create doesn't do a full copy of the target NPC and uses the autoincrement for the new id instead of the <zoneid>XXX id convention that PEQ uses.
I just got this resolved on my server and figured I'd put it out there in case anyone else had similar issues. The patch is against 1674.
