Default Can you give me an idea how many players/zones my server can handle?

My server is a duel 3.0 ghz xeons
2 gigs of ram (possibly upgrading to 4 gigs if it matters)
raid 5 450 gigs
1 NIC (again can upgrade to 2 if it matters)
geforce 4 6800
Im on a cable modem

Hardware is great but the thing that will hurt you is your connection.

Do you know what your rate/speed is for uplaod and download?

Download Speed: 2280 kbps (285 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 904 kbps (113 KB/sec transfer rate)


How many players should I be able to support?


Also how to I edit my server so I can have over 5 players

Based on those numbers it looks like a MAX of about 10 players not counting any packed overhead. To be safe i would'nt have any more the 10 zone servers running.

Upstream is whats gonna give you lag on a cable modem connection. FYI.
