Default Debuffs?
So when I cast something (say a snare) on a mob, it doesn't show up in my target window. I can see buffs that the bots have even if they aren't grouped with me. I can't see any negative effects on npc's (dots, slows, snares, etc...).

Something i'm missing?

it's tied to leadership AAs.
