Default All 6.1d1 servers using same patch?
I was wondering if all the 6.1d1 servers were using the same patch. Or if different servers required different things that would be gotten through patching from a different site.

*Please note, I do not want to know where I can patch from or how to patch* (just want to make sure this is clear so I don't get banned )

Just want to know if having the patch before the latest is all that is needed to play on an server or if some servers require special content.

All servers of a same version use the same client. If any use custom content, it's up to them to provide you with any custom content they use.
