Default Perfected Augment Distiller's

Trying to get these working as an alternative to normal distiller's. Thinking best way to do this would be some type of quest though Im not sure how to go about doing it. Basically I want it to work like on live where you can have either the regular distiller or the cheap one that will destroy the aug,anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Solvent = destroy augment
Distiller = retain augment

Or so was the case back when I last played live.

From my testing It appears only Distiller's work. I can make the item A distiller and change the required solvent to that item id and it will work,however that isn't what im looking to achieve. I would like players to be able to use the traditional distillers to remove aug's safely. However I would like a certain Item to be able to remove any aug in game and delete it upon removal. It sounds very possible in my head just unsure how to pursue it.

This already exists and requires no additional efforts. Ghanja's response was pretty spot on. You can get these from the LDoN Magus merchantlists or the merchantlist for the gnome lady in guild hall as it should be the same merchantlist.

Ok so as an update I have tried solvent after solvent after solvent and none will remove anything from any items. Im not sure if this is just my server or what but im on RoF2 client. Distillers work perfectly fine,but I have tried 60% of every solvent in game and can't get any to work at all. Doesn't help that theres multiple items all with the same name either lol.

Those solvent id's appear to be the only ones coded.

Have you tried any of those three?

If you're on the ROF2 client, you just open up the item-inspection window, right-click the aug, and click destroy instead of remove. This will accomplish deleting the augment, but returning the item.

Confirmed on my server which has most recent source that the 3 hardcoded ID's are working appropriately.

Edit: It may be worthwhile to try another client like UF or something. Just in case it's related.

Very wierd. When attempting to remove I get no messages or anything. It ask's if I would like to remove I click yes then nothing happens lol. However using SoD client in aug pool with the Solvent it works fine.

Really quite strange, though it sounds like you have found a workaround at least. If I come up with anything else with regard to this specific topic I will post back anything I can to assist ya, Bandor.
