Default Mend above skill 100

While I do appreciate the amount healed goes up with your character level and health boost from gear and buffs, Mend as a skill doesn't improve when it passes 100, so I suggest this:

For every skill point above 100 Mend will have a .5% chance of removing a Poison and .25% chance to remove a Disease. Thus, at skill 200 you have 50% and 25% chance respectively.

I haven't played my monk out..but, I was under the impression that they received an ability that does just this at a later level.

That withstanding, an optional rule could be created for this..or, a non-committed code submission could be made for altering mend behavior.

Maybe as an AA, I'm not sure. I should have included that my suggestion comes from a p1999 point of view, where we, as far as is currently planned, never will see AAs as we will stop expanding after Velious.

My two main arguments are that, firstly, Mend's progression from skill 100 to 200 makes absolutely no difference - once you hit a skill of 100 it heals 25% of current max health 100% reliably, and this remains unchanged up to and including the max of skill 200, making those last 100 skill increments seem pointless. Secondly, being somewhat able to heal poisons and diseases (by pressure point application and whatnot) goes hand-in-hand with ancient, quasi-mystical Chinese medicine - and Monks are nothing if not Chinese martial arts inspired.
