Changing text color of NPC names?

Anyone aware if it is possible to change what color of the name displayed above an NPC. Similar to how a player can have it's name be RED if its flagged for PvP.

If not, is this something that could be implemented?

Resurrecting an old post here, but I saw this and now I am also curious if this can be done

Unfortunately, no. There's no command/setting that exists to do this in EQEmu.
