Default Hosting problem

I can host a server, my output on world and zone are no errors and everything is working properly, but I cannot log into my server, but can log into other servers. I am running 0.5.9-DR2
and i checked my router and it is set up right and everything,

Forwarding:

World 9000 - 9000 TCP and UDP 192.168.1.101 Enabled
Zone 7995 - 8100 TCP and UDP 192.168.1.101 Enabled
Other 2000 - 3000 TCP and UDP 192.168.1.101 Enabled

I can't think of anything else that can be wrong, its unlocked and says UP and is connected fine, heres the loginserver and db ini's :

### --- This file tells world.exe what loginserver to connect to.
### --- Leave the account and password field BLANK.

### --- Public Login is un-supported as is LAN playing. We reccomend using the EQEmu.net Loginserver ALWAYS.

### --- NOTE: Starting 6-1-2002, you can no longer use the word "Server" in worldname.
### --- NOTE2: the word "Server" is added to each server automaticly.

# READ README.TXT

[LoginServer]
loginserver=newlogin1.eqemulator.net
#loginserver2=eqemulator.net
loginport=5994
#loginport2=5996
worldname=Bobby's Server (Under Construction)
worldaddress=my ip not yours :P
locked=false
account=
password=

[WorldServer]
Defaultstatus=0
Unavailzone=

[ChatChannelServer]
worldshortname=
chataddress=
chatport=

db.ini:

# READ README.TXT!

[Database]
host=localhost
user=myusername
password=mypassword
database=eqtest
compression=off

### --- This file tells world.exe what computer mySQL is on. Host should
### --- be left "localhost" unless mysql is on a differant computer than world.exe.

Any help is greatly appreciated =), i also checked for firewalls or anything of that sort and have searched for an answer for 3 days now.

Thanks
