Akkas Repack

So I am brand new to here. Well first off I downloaded Akkas Repack but after downloading it and coming home I realized this repack was for Online play and not offline. When I say online I mean you have to have internet in order to make a server and log on. I was thinking it was going to be as simple as running a WoW Repack. (no offense) Well is there a way to make this playable for offline only ? I do not have internet so I have to go to a public cafe or restaurant in order to download files I needed. Is there a simple fix or a guide or maybe even a video to help me get it running offline ? Or maybe a person has a preconfiged EQ repack that works offline ? Please I am dieing to play. The last time I played was when PoP came out and now I am moved out and cant get internet in no mans land. I live as off grid as you can be and a little over 30 mins to the nearest internet cafe. Can someone tell me what I need to do in order to get this playing ?

I dont understand that post at all. Its like he is talking to someone that knew something about what he was talking about. I dont know anything at all about it. And is this link a fix or adding files or can it even be used with Akkas Repack ?

If you want to play offline you'll need to configure your own loginserver.

I have an installer on the way to automatically configure such a thing but right now its not available, you have to follow this link:

If anyone has a link I can just download a premade server for offline play for Titanium edition I am willing to donate to there paypal account or pay in some form all this stuff I am seeing like using Cmake etc is confusing. If someone can just make or build a fully functional repack I will pay.
