Spell Un-mem bug

Found this by accident the other night. I had a Bard who was levl 70, with #scribespells 70 set (had all spells up to 70). I had 2 or 3 top level spells memorized on the spell bar, then lowered the toon to 55 or so. Obviously, they can no longer cast or memorize those level 56+ spells. But those still on the spell bar could not be un-memmed.

I had to bump back to 70, remove the spells, then #level 55 again.

I have not tested this with other casters or hybrids.

Is there a way to have an NPC remove a PC's memorized spells? Forget spells? Unmemorize spells? I've been searching and I can't find anything.
