Default OpenZone 3.7

Just a few things, but the first one is critical.

1. Fixed a very bad bug where the solid polygon seting was being saved as false by default instead of true. This warranted an immediate release.

2. Fixed a bug in the set ground height function where it didn't take the circular/square editing area radio buttons into account.

3. Added a new checkbox to the ground editor: topographic. This will show orange topographic lines for the entire zone, at 50 unit intervals. It's a life-saver when adding zone bounds.

I just re-uploaded OpenZone 3.7. The topographic plot wasn't working correctly for zones that had been shifted, but it will work with this one. Sorry for the inconvenience.

It might... I've got the land geographry all done and I just laid the first building foundation...

P.S. One thing I forgot about OpenZone 3.7: it can now use Terragen heightmaps when creating new zones in addition to .BMP and .TGA.
