Zone.exe crashed

Zone.exe crashes on bootup when someone tries to enter the zone, yet any other zone is fine when booting up....no reports in the error log, I've removed ALL npcs from the zone, deleted any quests in the zone, removed it from startup zone.

It just doesn't want to work.

Put a debugger on it and give us the call stack.
