Default Small Problem following directions

Hi all /wave

first off ... THANK YOU !!

Glad to see you back and updating these tools again .. I have missed them !

Small problem on the installation / registration of the OCX files

the file imagelist.ocx ... is not included in the resource directory and cannt be registered.

You can still start the item editor ( with error ), but disabling the music on the first screen and then continueing.

I'm assuming that the missing ocx file is the cause of the crash, maybe not?

This sounds like an issue that would arise with certain windows server-based systems.

I agree in general, because windows really is a pain at times.

But in this case, I didn't mention sorry, I was actually in a command prompt window (administrator) doing the process manually and that's when I discovered that the file wasn't in the directory.

I double checked the install zip and its not in there either =)

imagelist.ocx was removed and is now depreciated from the recent source since it fails to work in win10.

Binaries should be fine as imagelist.ocx is no longer used -- unless I left something in the source by mistake.

HHHMMM,

Interesting and not good then =)

When I get home I will try to get a copy of the errors generated when i start up the item editor and post them here.

Like I said, I can get the item editor to start up and it works well, it just generates an error when started, and i have to disable sound at the first screen that appears other wise the program crashes.
