Default Lost waypoints on zoning

I recently changed my server to newer versions of both the emulator (0.7.0-1102) and the peq database (1102a). Since the upgrade, I've noticed that whenever I leave a dynamic zone and return, every npc in the zone loses all waypoint data. Using #wpinfo shows that everything is now on grid 0 with no waypoints. Reassigning them to the proper grid ID still doesn't restore the waypoint data. If I do a repop, everything functions normally until everyone leaves the zone, then the same problem occurs when it is reentered.

Unfortunately, I'm in a pretty shoddy state as far as debugging information goes; I've been doing a lot of npc pathing work lately, and I'm not entirely sure when the problem started. I just know it used to work. Before I start going back to previous versions of the database and server, has anyone else had problems with this? Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

Are you waiting a while? when the zone first pops, they will at first show 0.

I've waited for upwards of ten minutes. It doesn't look like anything in the zone is ever moving again. The problem occurs on every dynamic zone that I've tried (not just the ones that I modified), and everything works as it should for static zones.

I've had the same problem since I upgraded. I've let my character sit in the zone without doing a #repop and I get nothing. When I bring another character in to the zone, everything remains as it was. At first, I thought I could fix the problem with an invisible NPC who does an automatic #repop after 5 seconds, but there was no command for that :\

Make sure you added any new tables or updates to tables, since the version EqEmu you had before.
