could not reach eqemulator.com

I've been playing for about a week now and everything has gone extremely smooth up until today. I tried to log in and that is the error message I get from the patcher.

I did all the usual reboot modem and router, even tried downloading the new version of the patcher v1.5 but I get a time out on the page so I cant seem to download it.

Im not tech savvy, so if someone can point me to a link to get started again I would appreciate it.
