Whats the best guide for... ?

If i have patched up to most recent live , im a UK player;

I want to build my own server etc.

Would like one that most ppl could use also. I have over 4 years experience playing EQ on live; so i think i could make a pretty good server , and being able to test things on both my server and live would be cool

Any help appreciated , Gilth
