Race Change

I am about to buy a race change scroll. My only question is, after I choose my new race, can I choose the appearance specifics? Hair style and color, face, tattoos, etc.?

I watched a video of someone doing the change and there was an instant change an no option to choose appearances. Thanks to those that can answer.

Probably a question best asked on whatever server your playing on, but i cant see a reason why not, once in game you should be able to change apperance as normal from inventory/face button or /facepick

Actually, almost every time you start a match you can change your character's appearance. In case the level is too low, choose the default. But usually people like to fixate on the type of appearance to remember it better.
