Default Serpent Spine Zone Issue

Hi

Can't zone into Brightfire Moor with any Race/Level character.

Just get the message I don't have the experience for inter planar travel and dumps me back to the new character start point in cresent reach.

All other zones I've tried except Serpent Spine zones I've tested (tried to guild portal into Goru'kar Mesa , simply didn't zone anywhere at all) seem to work fine.

Any idea's ?

Thanks

SS zones are not part of a supported expansion.

I know there were some changes in regards to access to them a little while back.

You'll probably need to look at two things:

- Database: Ensure the minstatus field is set to what other 'accessible' zones are (most likely '0')

- Quest Files: Check the player.(pl/lua) files for any auto-port code where status is involved)

(Lua files take precedence over Pl files - where both exist.)

Pretty sure the quest file change was the most recent .. zone access through database has been there much longer.

You're probably hitting the database block and haven't seen the quest block yet.

For a number of reasons, these zones are blocked from 'normal' gaming.

You will find that they have no quest support nor are they likely to have accurate mob loot tables.

Even more, they may not have existing map files for the server and that would result in horrible pathing issues.
