I don't want to be mean or anything..But that is like, pretty bad...although the dog hydra/quarm was kinda amusing.

ya it sucks. but i am still learning. i am working on the second one that has a lot more movement, not just the lip-sync stills.. it takes a lot of time.. i spent a couple of hours on it so far and only have 12 seconds of footage.
it wasn't mean at all, the truth is, it's not that great.. but a bassett hound turning into a hydra is pretty darn funny.
