not enough permissions

i havent logged on yet been trying to get it working now it says i dont have enough permissions in directory please help

The best thing to do is move your EQ directory out from Program Files or Program Files (x86) to somewhere like C:\EQ that doesn't have restricted permissions and doesn't use file virtualization that can cause any number of headaches.

You don't need to reinstall, you can just drag move it to a new place.
