Default i need the enabled versions

are all of the versions of eqemu enabled for pearl or do you need to download special kinds??? i am interested in programming my own quests and all

Read the "One Stop Error Guide" in the general support forum, there is a section that tells how to compile to enable perl quests...

those instructions are for version 6.. I haven't been able to figure out how to adjust those instructions or VS 2003 .net

The differences between VS.net and VC++ are very minimal, if you follow the directions in that post to enable perl you should be able to do it just fine.

Yeah, those links helped me a lot yesterday when I was updating to enable quests. Thanks to all of ya who took the time to write those up.

I'd like to second that... Or is it third? Fourth? :P

At any rate thanks for those who helped with the enabling and perl troubleshooting threads. Finally got my quest system working about 3a this morning.. /yawns
