What have you done on your Server?

I know there are many talented people frequent these forums, and these people have done wondrous things with eqemu. I myself am wondering what is possible with eqemu.

I know a lot of things in eqemu are held on the database and these values can be changed to effect the game, but it seems that some people have gone far beyond that.

I hear about Custom zones, do they have custom textures or are they reusing textures from other zones.
Are there new models?
New animations?
New sounds?
Has anyone made a new sky?
Has anyone changed some of the core things like speeded time up?
Has anyone digitally re-mastered any old zones
