Nexus Spire Fix

After reading a fix that noudess posted on the project github, I tested it all out and the ports in Nexus work properly now. Thanks noudess !!!

I put it all together for that easy fix, if anyone is interested in using it to make the Nexus work, (if it's not already on your server)

This zip file includes the updated spire quest scripts, an sql query to update the Nexus npc's and a README file. (3 easy steps).
