Default Mend, HT, Lay of Hands reset upon zoning
I am having a issue with Mend, HT, Lay of Hands resetting upon zoning!! I really am stumped with trying to figure this one out!! Any help would be appreciated!!

Probably spellfile somewhere probably related to recast time or recovery time
