Default AX_PEQ and some zone line fixes

Was trying to poke around Castle Mistmoore and Lavastorm today with AX_PEQ. When I "#zone mistmoore" or "zone lavastorm" I ended up way up in the air in sort of a void.

I took these values from the PEQ database which work well and now am able to "#zone" to these correctly.

I just used the Query Browser to change the data in AX_PEQ database/zone

- mistmoore: safe_x=123, safe_y=-295, safe_z=-177
- lavastorm: safe_x=-64, safe_y=262, safe_z=-93.96

Lavastorm is a bit of a mess right now.
