SMS verification down?

Hello all, I have recently returned to the game, and had forgotten my login password.

I was able to successfully add my phone number for SMS verification, but I receive no text message when attempting the password reset.

I heard from someone on the PJ1999 forums that sometimes the SMS verification simply stops working, but often ends up working again at a later date.

Is there anything else I can do besides occasionally log in and try the password reset via SMS verification again?

Thanks in advance for any attempts to help with what is very likely a lost cause!
